Shipping policy

Overview

All orders from Revive Design are fulfilled on demand.
We partner with trusted print and publishing providers Gelato for merchandise to produce and deliver your items directly to you.

Because each product is made to order, processing and shipping times may vary.


Processing Times

  • Apparel, mugs, and other merchandise (Gelato):
    Production usually takes 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

You will receive an order confirmation email when your purchase is complete and a shipping confirmation once your order has been sent.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 5–10 business days after production

  • Canada: 7–14 business days after production

  • Other Countries: Not currently available (we currently ship to the U.S. and Canada only)

Please note: these are estimated time frames. Actual delivery may vary based on factors such as postal delays, customs, or high seasonal demand.


Shipping Costs

  • Flat-rate shipping applies to all physical products.

  • Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

  • You will not be charged additional handling or packaging fees.


Multiple Shipments

If your order includes different product types (shirt and a mug), they may ship separately from different facilities.
You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.


Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please:

  1. Check your tracking link for the latest updates.

  2. Confirm that your shipping address was entered correctly.

  3. Contact us at reviveusmin@gmail.com with your order number if it appears lost or delayed.

We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue quickly.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email reviveusmin@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.


International Shipping

Currently, we ship only to the United States and Canada.
As the store grows, we hope to expand to additional countries in the future.
